日頃は弊社サービスをご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

先ほど、クラウド側にて不具合の可能性を示すアラートを検知したことをご連絡いたしましたが、
現在、サービスはご利用いただける状態にあることを確認できましたので、急ぎご連絡いたします。

一部お客様に影響を及ぼしている恐れがあるため、障害発生状況の有無については引き続き調査を行い
不具合が確認された場合には速やかにご連絡いたします。

度々のご連絡になりますが、軽微なアラートにおいてもサービスのご利用に影響する可能性がある場合には、
お知らせするとともに調査をしております。
